Here are 2 new Snoopy and Belle mechanical pencils. The pencils come with PVC pencil toppers on them. These are from Japan and were released in late 1990s-early 2000s. I used to trade with a customer who lived in Japan, so this came directly from Japan. This was not available to the US market. The pencils are 6 5/8\" long.
