This is an unopened, unused new item. The box was never sealed, but the plastic bags of parts inside are unopened. In fact, it was still sealed in in it\'s original paper taped shipping carton when I got it. This is not the \"mini\" version of the motorized mobile, but the original full sized version. See the third picture for an idea of the size. Snoopy in his flying doghouse will circle and chase the Red Baron for over a thousand miles on one set of batteries. Propellers really turn to \"fly\" the planes in a circle, and they also have flashing lights. It will run for weeks straight according to the package. Instructions for easy assembly are included.
