You are buying a lot of 3 vintage J. deBeer and Sons \"The Official\" Double Header Softball.
This three number 212 softballs are new old stock in sealed cardboard boxes.
Also included is the original master carton that held the lot of six softballs.
The master carton has a hole on the one side and damage to the box...see photo.
One of thesoftball boxes also has slight damage to the box...see photo.
The other two softball boxes are in excellent condition.

Originally J. deBeer and Son, Inc, was founded by Jacob deBeer in 1889 making baseballs in Johnstown, New York .In 1934 they created the patented \"clincher\" softball , which was invented by Frederick S. deBeer, who was the founder\'s son.Fritz deBeer, Jr., Dick Pollak, and Jim Muhlfelder later joined the business and expanded to sports manufacturing.In the 1980s the baseball division was bought by Worth Inc. and Muhlfelder transformed deBeer into a lacrosse company.Using previous baseball experience, they created the first CU31, making lacrosse shafts lighter as well as stronger with the use of metal baseball bat technology.
