Solid Silver Cigarette Case - Birmingham 1924 by George Loveridge Solid Silver Cigarette Case hallmarked Birmingham 1924 by George Loveridge. It is in very good condition with only a slight dent and the lid closes securely but does have a small gap but only on the side that opens, the rest of the case closes firmly and even. (probably from sitting in a pocket). It does have initials that are very light in the cartouche (could be easily removed by a jeweler)“JAC” in victorian script. It weighs 88 grams and measures 3 1/2 inches tall and 2 3/4 inches wide.
Wonderful case with a beautiful scroll design!
