This unit was tested for all the tape handling functions and worked fine. The hour meter is dead. It came out of a working rack of equipment. It has scratches, dings, two missing feet and some missing screws from many years of use. A power cord is included. Guaranteed not to be DOA, but is being sold as is. Colorado resident pay applicable sales tax.
