SHIPPING: Once payment is received, we ship as soon as possible, usually that is every day, provided payment is received in time to get to the Post Office. We choose the most economical method of shipping your items and we do not charge handling charges unless your item requires an excessive amount of packing material ~or~ a special size box. We re-use and recycle cardboard boxes almost always in an effort to be green and keep shipping prices as low as possible.

RETURNS: We will accept returns within 14 days of receipt if the following terms are met: The item must be received back in the exact same condition that it was sent to you. You must provide us with photos (through messages) that clearly shows the damage to the item AND pictures of the original packaging.
