This badge was made from bronze and enameled in bright colors. The red Flagbears the word ГВАРДИЯ which when translated,
means Guards. In the centre ofthe badge is a red star on a white background, around the perimeter areintertwined leaves
with the initials CCCP at the bottom.
This badge was awarded to military men who were in a regiment which had only aGuards Flag on which had distinctive red a
nd gold stripes.
