Speed record breaker, largest ship in the world, the most luxurious liner of all time and many more superlatives followed this incredible technological wonder throughout her all too brief career. Even in plan form NORMANDIE impresses! These beautiful plans and profiles are created from originals contained in a special issue of the British shipping journal \"Shipbuilder and Marine-Engine Builder\" which was published when the liner debutedin 1935.The deck plans are copied thencut and firmly mounted to stiff, highquality,poster board. Edges are lovingly fared up and then precisely stacked to form a two dimensional form of the vessel. All decks can then be fanned out for viewing.
The deck plan s are accompanied by brilliant exterior (outboard) and interior cutaway (inboard)drawings andshipped in a hand made scabbard or pocket made ofmedium weightcardinal red or blue card stock with the profile drawingmounted to the covers.
