I have had this figure since the eighties when I purchased it from a toy dealer who said she had received the entire STAR WARS collection from one of the producers of THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK. Being young and ignorant of all collectables, I did not save any of the paper work. He is my most cherished figure, but it is time to let him go. There is a bend on the card back near the bottom edge to the right. Also, the price tag is loosened at the edges. Otherwise, the figure looks great, the plastic is clear, and the card is unpunched.
