We accept full responsibility for our posters safe arrival, however if a poster arrives damaged we do require pictures of both the poster and the damaged tube for our records. All posters measuring under 24 inches wide will ship via first class mail in a heavy duty tube using a .090 wall thickness. All Posters measuring 24 inches and over ship via priority mail using a .125 wall thickness for extra protection.
