PRODUCTHISTORY

I purchased the first two series as they came out at Toys R Us,and the Third series which had a more limited release at a big boxbookstore. In all cases, when I got it home, I put batteries in it tomake sure the light, sound, and motion functions work, then took the batteries out, put them back carefully in their boxes, and put it inmy collectable toy storage room (dark, air conditioning, no pets orsmoking - see Photo #6). The light saber was out of the box for about 10 mins., thelight was tested for less then 2 mins. with slow movement in air to check the sound. All lightsabers worked perfectly during the check before storage. They will be checked in this same way before shipment. The art box will be shipped in a oversized outer cardboard box.

The MasterReplicas original first series had the MR logo in a box (see photo#7). The Second series has the Master Replicas with a “V” logo(see photo #8 top). The next series after Hasbro took over wascalled Hasbro Signature (see photo #8 bottom). These first threeseries has fixed blades in the light sabers, which I felt morecomfortable with as they felt like solid construction to me. Note - that Master Replicas original first series and MasterReplicas with a “V” logo – Darth Vader Sabers have Different Handles!
