This is a vintage Star Wars 1978 Blue Snaggletooth AFA 75 EX+/NM in an AFA baggie removed only for photography. Most Star Wars figure collectors know the story of how Kenner did not have complete information about Snaggletooth at the time of initial design, and therefore had to guess his color and size. When more accurate details became available, the design changed, resulting in a relatively low number of the blue figures. The silver paint on the boots is prone to wear, so finding good quality examples is getting pretty hard. Check some current listings and see for yourself. It has been protected from exposure to light, heat, and humidity since I acquired it. I really like dealing in AFA graded items, since this removes most of the subjective elements of evaluation and makes it much easier to resell later as one\'s collection goals change.
