Star to the "Cross brave" Ataman Bulak-Balakhovich is gilded eight-pointed star, which is superimposed a white metal cross, St. George\'s shape, covered with a white enamel with crossed swords hilts down. In the center of the cross with a ring round medallion inscription in Polish: "For our freedom and yours", the inscription is filled with white enamel. In the center of the medallion dead head on the crossed sword and torch, the composition is placed in a laurel wreath entwined the bottom of the tape. There are stars, which is absent in the central part of the motto. On the reverse side is soldered pin.
