This Stately Walnut & Burl Walnut Victorian Highback Full Size Bed Circa 1875. This beautiful 19th century bed features a lovely regal carved crest, raised panels of burl walnut and large turned finials and oval race-track molding that adorn the headboard. The fancy carved rails also offer oval race-track moldings as well as the foot-board which also has the raised panels of burl walnut. Thisbed sets up tight, sturdy and is agenerous full size that will accommodate todays mattress sets nicely. This Victorian walnut bed is in excellent antique condition with no issues noted. It appears to have been very well taken care ofduring the past 130 year or so...a fresh find from a local estate ready to be placed in your home.
