Sterling silver,plate.Pat date is 1918.no major damage,but some dark marks and scratches ..Very pretty design with open work around it..It\'s 100 years old,and I think it doesn\'t look its age .I took pictures of the makers marks I could find..It measures 10 inches across.I didn\'t weigh this,I hope it goes to a home that will love it,and it\'s past..not scrap..Thanks ..
