This open pierced work and highlyornate playing card case has the 4 suits ofcards displayed on the hinged lid andwhen opened there is a sterling silver divider that holds the 2-original miniature deck of cards. The boxmeasures 2 3/4\" tall x 2 1/4\" wide x 1\' deep and the interior latch is marked: Gubelin, 925S, Swiss Assay Mark, 407547

This super rare and ultra-posh miniaturecard case is damage free and super clean. The original 2-decks of miniature cardsare in good shape with no rips or tears, the cards do appear to have been gently played with over the years.
