Thissale is for a good Georgian sterling silver tea caddy spoon which has me somewhat perplexed. It bears the marks of the lion, the King\'s head,a date letter and then a mark I cannot identify. It looks like it should be the town mark and the closest I can get would beYork, but they don\'t really match up. It is English and it is Georgian, first quarter of the nineteenth century.It is in fine condition, measures 3 1/2\" long and is made from a heavy gauge silver (13 grams). .
