Offered is a Darling, Vintage Sterling Silver Toothpick Holder of a Donkey/Burro with Map of Spain Base (.915 Silver). Figure of a a little burro, fence to hold toothpicks and the base is shaped like a map of Spain. A very clever and unusual piece. Holds 6 flat toothpicks, (round toothpicks do not fit). Measures approx.2 1/2\" L x 2 1/8\" D x 1 3/8\" H and weighs approx. 47.6 grams. The base has the pentagram mark for .917 silver, letter B for Barcelona and 457 maker\'s mark. Foil label on the bottom is not legible. Please see photos.
