The Steuben Hand Cooler measures 2 3/4\" Tall X 3\" Wide X 2 14\" Deep. The blue base is approx.4\" Wide X 3 1/2\" in Depth. The brochure is 20 pages. I only opened this to take the pictures. The plaque reads \"The Franklin Mint and Steuben Glass support the efforts of The International Bird Research Center. Gulf Oil Spill, April 20, 2010.\" On the top of the plaque is the picture of two Pelican birds and the letters \"IBRCC\" for the initials of the research center. Steuben Glass co-ordinated with the Franklin Mint to help raise funds for this great cause. Kind of ironic that Steuben isn\'t here but the bird research center is.
