Shipping Policy

We offer Federal Express (FedEx),United Postal Services (UPS) and United States Postal Services (USPS) as our shipping options.The carrier and shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the method of shipping you select, the address that the package is being sent to, and the number of items in your shopping cart combined with the total weight and dimensions required to ship your order.

For all off-season orders, we anticipate a processing time of 1 business day for both domestic and international shipments. This means that your order will leave our warehouse within 1 business day after it is placed. Express shipments will be shipped out the same day only if payment is received before 1pm (Pacific Time) that business day. Please note that orders placed during the month of October may experience a longer processing time due to a high volume of orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Delivery time for most international ordersis about 6 to 10 business days. However, this estimation does not include the time required for your package to clear customs at your country’s borders. Customs-related delays are out of our control and Pure Costumes does not guarantee delivery dates for all international orders.

In addition, we currently only offer USPS Priority Mail for all international orders. This allows us to track and locate your package once it leaves our warehouse. We do not offer USPS First Class International Mail.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When this happens, we issue a refund less shipping charges. Additionally, if the package was refused, we will also assess a 20% restocking fee. We are unable to reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or refused. If you still wish to receive your item(s), you will have to place a new order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. In this email, we will also include a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to track your order at the FedEx,UPS or USPS website. You may also track your order by logging on to your account.

Return Policy

GENERAL GUIDELINES

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
You must contact us within 14 days of merchandise receipt for an RA Number.
All shipping charges are nonrefundable.

LIMITATIONS

We do not accept returns on orders exceeding14 days of merchandise receipt.
Items being returned MUST be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Costume Wigs
- Accessories (including hats, masks, make-up, jewelry or weapons)
- Lingerie & Hosiery (and any other apparel that covers the crotch area)
- Special orders or orders containing over 12 pieces of the same item.

PROCESSING A RETURN

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise to obtain an RA Number. You may do this bygiving us a call or sending us an email. After 14 days your item will no longer qualify for a return.
When you are preparing to ship your item(s) back to us, please write your RA Number clearly on the outside of your package and include a copy of your invoice inside. You may ship all returns back to: Pure Seasons, Inc., 2033 Santa Anita Avenue, South El Monte, CA 91733
Your package must be post-marked within 5 days of our issuing you an RA Number. Packages post-marked after 5 days will be subject to additional fees.
Once we receive the package, your items will go through an inspection. When your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
While it usually takes only about 1 week to process a return, it can take up to 3 weeks during our busy season in September/October.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are handled as returns with a repurchase. This means that you will need to place another order on our store for your new item(s). We will process this as a separate order and will issue you a refund for the first order once we have processed the return.

RESTOCKING FEES

Restocking fees are calculated based on 20% of the full amount of the merchandise. Shipping & handling fees are not included. You will be charged a restocking fee if:

We receive refused or undeliverable packages.
Items are returned without a RA Number.
Packages are post-marked after5 days from our issuing you an RA number.
Your order was placed with Free Shipping.
