The front cover has tanned a little, the right edge has a long crease down it with a 1\"+ splinter chip near the top, light wear at the edges, the staples are just barely starting to pull but have stress marks on them on the spine, there are no vertical tears in the spine, some light horizontal stress marks. The back cover is tanned with light shadows, no tears or missing pieces. The contents are light tan, two pages have creases at the corners, no missing pieces.
