Up for offer is a gorgeous and unplayed with, vintage tiny Betsy McCall from 1960, wearing an original American Character outfit from 1959 called B-39 Ballerina. Pristine doll that has never been played with, wonderful face with lightly blushed cheeks and dark coral rosebud mouth, NO rubs or scratches. Finely painted lower lashes and brows. Wonderful silky strawberry blonde hair in the original set. Perfect hands and arms, her knees hold a pose and are perfect, too. Her overall body color is even with NO dye transfer or other issues. Every seam is intact.She\'s wearing an original 1958 Ballerina 3-piece outfit with white knit rayon \"fat\" anklet socks and black rubbery side-button shoes. Her outfit has a light green satin bodice with nylon tricot shoulder drape, 2 fabric roses in the front and a single sewn square snap at the back, a nylon tricot skirt with 2 layers of tricot and green elastic waistband, lime green taffeta panties with nylon tricot ruffles. There is no hem on the bottom edge of the top - its just satin with a cut edge (they\'re all like that!) The elastic waist is not stretched but its not super tight either - you can tell the condition of the outfit and doll by the pictures.
