Stunning & Rare 9ct Gold Victorian Jade Bracelet c1900Fine Nephrite Bracelet With Pearl Set Fern Leaf Shaped Drop
This a stunning and rare early 20th Century dark green Nephrite Jade Bracelet, which is sometimes called New Zealand Greenstone; hence the drop depicting a fern leaf (please study the detailed close up photographs, which form an integral part of the description and decide).
It consists of nine deep green Jade panels, which have a wonderful patina joined by Rose Gold links and terminating in a 9ct yellow gold clasp engraved with a foliate scroll. It is completed by a charming fern leaf or feather shaped jade drop set with two seed pearls, in 9ct Gold.
This superb quality antique Bracelet is stamped \'9ct\' on the back of the clasp and on the reverse of the Pearl set feather drop, confirming that they are made from solid 9ct Gold. It is fitted with a fine Gold safety chain to provide added security and to assist whenputtingthe Bracelet on.
The overall condition of this fine Bracelet is great, with the only damage being to the tip of the fern leaf or feather drop, which is missing - but this in not really noticeable as the Seed Pearl terminates the drop perfectly.
The Bracelet is approx\' 17.5 centimetres long; each Jade panel is approx\' 15mm long x 10mm wide and the Bracelet weighs 13.2 grams.
