This is a stunning fully embossed antique Victorian ceramic fireplace tile. Made by the Kensington Art TileCompany in Newport, Kentucky. Circa 1880. Beautiful design and aesthetic balance of botanical leaves andflower buds. Earth tones of ambers, oranges and sienna browns with hints of olive greens set against anivory background. Superbly moulded and finished in a golden amber glaze.
