This is an absolutely superb and huge antique hallmarked sterling silver tray measuring 14\" (36 cms) across and in excellent condition with no damage at all - any marks you can see in the photos are just reflections. It weighs 1324 grams which gives you some idea of the quality and is hallmarked for London 1891 with the silversmiths mark for Joseph &Horace Savory who worked for the Goldsmiths Alliance Ltd, Cornhill, London. It has a beautiful scalloped edge with lovely engraving but no monograms or inscriptions and sits on three handsome feet.
