Absolutely Beautiful and Rare Art Deco Lamp

Alabaster Figural Lamp woman in dress with a fan. Carved mushroom shaped shade. UnSigned, could not locate makers mark but it is in the style of JB Hirsch. Overall condition is great but there are some scratches, small chips, minor paint loss and surface crack on shade.

Measures approx. height 16.5\", base 6\"x6\", shade 6.5\" diameter.
