The cane, specifically is all \"blind-French caned\" and hand-woven string by string, NOT to be confused with the less expensive method of \"spline-caning\" which is simply cut from a sheet of cane and rolled into place with a pizza wheel device. This chair is in a fantastic new lacquer finish and has gorgeous oatmeal botton-tufted upholstery which is removable. A pair is available, please call to inquire.
