Really stunning piece that is designer marked, difficult to make out.
It is in script, appears to be Dgmigri ? Italy 750.
The bracelet is 18k yellow gold with a fine hand pierced underframe.
The top is set with twenty nine full cut brilliant round, E color, VVS clarity diamonds.
The diamonds have a total approximate weight of 1.0 carat.
