Well folks, it doesn\'t get much better than this! Just in time for the holidays, a simply gorgeous neoclassical Mutual Sunset Lamp Company lamp designed by Gilbert Rohde. A pair of these is currently on 1stDibs.com for over $4000, and another listed on for over $1200.00. I\'ve priced this to sell quickly!
I took as many pictures as I thought would best represent its condition. This lamp was VERY well cared for, with minimal soiling. No chips or cracks in the glass rods. I have not cleaned this lamp - you\'re purchasing it fresh from an estate here in Hollywood. It\'s got a beautiful patina. It\'s really up to you if you want to clean it. There\'s some corrosion on the underside near the MSLC identification number. Original wiring that works. The finial might be a replacement, as the pair on 1st Dibs has a more squared finial.
