On offer are two lovely Duck Planters or dishes made by the Delphin Massier pottery, Vallauris, France. Superb colour and detail to these pieces. One of the ducks bears the makers marks for the Delphin Massier pottery and the other is unmarked. Good examples of these rare and collectable items.

Both are in good display condition with typical minor faults as follows:

Duck 1 (photos 4-7): small restoration to lower beak, minor glaze chips to beak, tip of one wing, tail, and feet.
Duck 2 (photos 8-11): chip to upper beak, minor glaze chips to beak, head, wings, tail, and feet
There are typical over glazed kiln shrinkage lines to the lower body of both as are usually found on these collectable items.
