A wonderfully stylish late Victorian circular silver plated salver with the most beautiful shaped cast floral and foliate border, pierced or reticulated with an Art Nouveau flair.The tray stands on three original bun feet and is marked on the underside in two places for the well renowned silversmith, Roberts and Belk of Sheffield & London together with the trade mark name \"Romney Plate\",Excellent condition (a couple of border high spots showing copper, just as it should be) with a diameter measuring 12\" the central diameter of the usable area measuring 9 1/2\".
