It\'s in good condition, some scratches and a barely visible written number on the bottom. The temperature gauge seems accurate. I have no idea if the humidity gauge is accurate, however, I did place it in different areas with different humidity levels and the dial did change, so it\'s working at the very least, even if not accurate. It has Fahrenheit and Celsius.I ship all items with delivery confirmation via USPS.
