This is a super rare men\'s vintage Champion jock brief probably from the 70s or 80s. I was SO excited when I found this on as a collector of vintage gear but sadly it was too small to remain as part of my collection (it was tried on once, washed in delicate cycle, air dried, and has been in storage ever since). If you are a collector of vintage jock gear, I doubt you will have seen many others like this. It has the old skool Greek Olympic Champion logo and a killer waistband with a double red stripe over a blue stripe. No tags so not sure of material but it is very stretchy. While I see vintage Champion jockstraps/athletic supporters come to sale from time to time, I have rarely seen another one of these vintage briefs. The material on this is so soft, buttery, and will highlight your goods like you are back in PE class back in the day.....Measurements:
This is tagged a medium but it is more of a vintage size. See photos but waist is approx. 11 1/8 in lying flat across but could comfortably stretch to 14 to 15inches. The leg holes are also quite petite and measure ~7 in across (and could maybe stretch to 9in).Thus, this garment is really meant for a small build guy with about a 28-30 in waist (29 is probably the ideal) who also has pretty small thighs (like a runner/swimmer legs). The total length top to bottom is ~11inches.
Condition:
This rare jock brief is in fantastic condition considering it is probably 2+ decades old. There are a few loose stitches inside crotch pouch (see pics) but overall these are in pretty much nearly new condition for a vintage item. I suspect these were not at all and they came seemingly unworn with the original box. The box will be flattened for shipping unless otherwise requested by buyer (which would add to shipping cost).
