Superb 16th century Renaissance Spiders Web Silver Finger Ring Size 10 1/4 (U):

This is a nice Renaissance silver finger ring, dating to the 16th century A.D. The ring has a decorated bezel, formed as a flower or spiders web. The engraving is quite shallow, so unlikely for use as a seal. The bezel is hollow and cup shaped, the shoulders decorated with simple flutes. Overall it is an attractive looking silver ring, sadly with a chip to the rim of the bezel. This ring is suitable for contemporary wear if one so chooses.
