so the weird thing is that I have SEVERAL books on Meissen and other fine porcelain marks and ALL of them list this blue scepter marks as BOTH Meissen and KPM and STATES PORCELAIN and ROYAL PORCELAIN - so I have no idea if it is \"officially\" KPM or MEISSEN - I did find an identical plate listed on with the insects and birds (not the Roosters) and it was signed with the cross swords and sold as Meissen - you be the judge - it is a SELDOM SEEN motif with the Roosters! MEASURES 8 1/2\" in DIAMETER - the gilt on the top of the plate is in eXXXcellent condition - there is MINOR wear to the edge where it can not be seen - NO DAMAGE - - FREE INSURED SHIPPING!@#!
