A superb Octagonal plate for the 1887 Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria by top manufacturer Minton. They did this striking plate in a variety of colourways and this one is all in shades of Blue. Very full design that covers all the plate and has a large Portrait of the Queen in the centre and then the details and year date. The plate is approx 10 inches and in general good condition except for a hairline on the top right hand side.It is more noticeable at the back because with the design on the front it does not show as much and thus the lower price for this lovely plate.
