Here for sale is a lovelyantique Victorian set of six silver plated dessert knives and forks.
Beautiful design to the ends of the handles.
Each fork measures 192mm long and each knife 223mm. The knives are marked with the makers mark for the silversmith Aaron Hatfield (HADFIELD) and are dated from around the mid to late 19th century.
The set is in used condition with the plated prongs and blades having wear. Also on some of the handles they have a hairline split which I assume has just occurred over the years.
