I ship Monday to Friday usually within 48 hours of payment. Insurance is included with shipping on parcels and while great care is taken to properly package items, I am not responsible for mail transit time or items lost or damaged during shipping. Canada Post shipments containing glass, ceramic, or perishable/temperature sensitive items are insured against non-delivery only, damage during transit is not covered.
