This is a German motorcycle/flight jacket in Black leather. zip front , 4zippockets,waist button strap, cuffstraps, sidebuckle straps, moleskin lining, Dates mid/late1940s

This is an original jacket not a modern replica.Typeas worn by Luftwaffe pilots during the 2nd world war. These jackets were actually civilian cycling jackets at the time but sevicemen could purchase their own jackets and this and other similar style of jackets were the types many of them wore, they were considered smart and pratical as they were comfortable to wear in the tighter confines of aircraft cockpits.

Measures... 21inch pit to pit , 22inch top to bottom(top of shoulder seam, not including collar to bottom), 23inch shoulder to cuff, 16.5inch shoulder to note all my jackets are VERY OLD, RARE, GENUINE VINTAGE leathers. Some of them will have been worn for over half a century, they will show signs of use, general wear, marks, scuffs etc. I try to describe as accurately as possible but what i may consider to be an amazing vintage Leather with a stunning Patina might be seen by someone else completely differently. Vintage clothing is not for everyone so please be aware before offerding. Thanks
