These are the special Early Bird Releases which are coming out before the regular series 1 set in a few months. The have a special limited edition sticker on the package indicating they are the special \"first release\" of the figure. Keep in mind all of these figures made by this company have a plastic security \"tie wrap\" through the peg hole on the card to guarantee the package has not been opened or tampered with. That security tie is still in tact and clear to see in the pictures. What can I say about these figures they are amazing to look at and the packaging is fantastic. They are made by the Figures Toy Company in the old MEGO STYLE and are part of their \"Worlds Greatest Heros\" product line. I love figures packaged in plastic rather than cardboard, it is so much more durable and forgiving for collectors. This looks great on display, I have all of the different Figures Toy Co. figures on display on a shelf in my office. As their product line keeps expanding my Figures Toy Co. collection keeps on getting bigger and bigger. The rest of the Superman Series 1 set will be released in November of 2014. Includes an authentic cloth outfit and comes in resealable plastic clamshell packaging that can be opened and closed without damaging anything.
