Edition: First Edition Signed: Signed by Author Signed and inscribed by Octavia Butler on title page. Signet paperback. First US Printing, with full number line. Owner name stamped on front end page. All else clean and unmarked. Binding strong. Light creasing and sunning to spine, slight slant to spine. Some light creasing and cover wear. Overall a solid copy with a few flaws, between good and very good condition. Stored in protective sleeve. Survivor is Octavia Butler\'s third published novel, and is considered part of the Patternist series. She came to dislike the story referring to it as her Star Trek novel, because of this she did not authorize subsequent printings. It remains the only Butler title to be out of print.
