A complete souvenir package from the 2015 UFDC 66th Annual Convention held in Kansas City. \"Stella\" was a limited edition doll created and made by Susan Fosnot and distributed during the closing dinner I attended. Only 900 dolls were made.This lovely set includes the main souvenir doll \"Stella\", dressed in her original crisp blue calico dress with white batiste sun bonnet and petticoats, the white muslin storage bag, the convention journal. You will also receive the extra booklet for those of us who went to the toy museum that had been newly renovated. A short time after convention, UFDC \"Doll News\" published a trio of patterns to complete extra accessories for Stella called \"Spoiling Stella.\" The patterns were designed by Gael Shults and included a printable quilt, a smaller companion doll named \"Annie\" in 2 sizes and a dress pattern. I have personally completed these extra accessories and included them in your gift set. The quilt and the Annie dolls are hand-stitched, printed on quality computer muslin (but probably should not be washed). The tiniest Annie doll has a little bit of silk ribbon. The beige calico dress has orange and blue flowers and is trimmed in distressed vintage tatting to give it a softer primitive look. The back is finished with two mini buttons and hand stitched thread loops. The cameo is plastic and only pinned on in case you wish to put a finer quality pin in its place.
