This historically significant original chalk paitning/drawing by artist C.L. Budd dates to the early part of the 20th C. and illustrates what a remarkable president Teddy Roosevelt was. He not only strengthened our economy, but was also a strong advocate for women\'s rights and Environmental causes. This is an original work of art, not a print and though it was difficult to shoot images through the glass (glare and reflections), it is in good condition less some stains lower left and center. It measures 16 1/2 x 20\" appr. I AM SELLING IT WITHOUT OLD FRAME, WHICH WILL BE EXPENSIVE TO SHIP. IF YOU WANT OLD FRAME, THEN I WILL BE ANOTHER $30 (pretty much the cost of shipping only.. THI is from a very fine old collection and has been in storage for decades - condition is as shown in images!
