This is rare and even harder to find than the one with the dog on the young lady\'s lap
Made in Valencia, Spain
Please see pictures for description of this young lady in chair with the cat on her lap andPLEASE disregard all of the flash spots as this piece is VERY Shiny and reflects the light.
Tengra studied under Lladro and was in the same area of Valencia in Spain, which is why the look is similar.
Also please see pictures for excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs but there is an issue at the very top of the chair that was not glazed in two spots - not the whole top just tippy top of two ( there are actually 3 highest points). I thought maybe it was chipped but it is the same color so maybe it just did not get glazed in that area-not sure- see last picture. I know it is hard to see any difference but when you run your finger over it, you feel the difference.
This is a large and heavy piece...almost 3 lbs and requires a lot of packaging for its safetyApproximate measurements: 9\" tall x 4 1/2\" at widest part of base.
