It’s from Walt Disney and is called the Casey Jr. Disneyland Express. Its a wind-up with key and does work.It was made in the USA. There are a whole bunch of Disney characters: Pinocchio, Bambi, Dumbo and many others. The engine is made of hard plastic. It is 13” in length. The color and paint are in really great condition. The engine is missing one wheel so it\'s a little lopsided. Once the wheel is replaced, the windup mechanism will work great!If you have any questions, please email me.
