Pre-owned but very well kept, obviously not played with. I\'m sure it was for display only. Still has tag attached. Has \"28th state\" embroidered on right arm. Has US Flag on the bottom of the right foot and Texas in gold and red with a heart on the left foot. Red white and blue ribbon tied around his neck.
