THE FINEST Pair 1920s Inlaid Satinwood Schmieg-Hungate Kotzian Single Twin Beds

This is the finest pair of antique inlaid satinwood Regency style twin~ single beds made by the famous custom craftsman shop of New York, Schmieg-Hungate & Kotzian, c.1920-1930s. Headboard and footboard having an upper rail inlaid with a floral band and a back of line banded neoclassical design with fully turned support posts. Original solid satinwood rails. Bed accept the older style inverted boxspring. In excellent original condition. One small nick of wood on one footboard. Pressed stamp under each piece with the SHK within a circle trademark. Beds measure 25 1/2 inches high for the footboard X 41 1/2 inches high for the headboard X 81 1/2 inches deep from the wall X 41 1/2 inches wide.
