Description: Hardcover book in dust jacket; SIGNED by the author in blue ink on the half title page; approximately 6 ¾” x 9 ½”; blue cloth covered boards with gilt lettering; second printing (stated) of the first edition; illustrated; 1120 pages.

Condition: The spine has a very slight bow but the binding and pages otherwise remain fine. There is a slight “ghost” to the front endpapers from a news article (now removed). The dust jacket is not price clipped. It has very slight aging and only minimal shelf wear. Still a clean, unmarked and tightly bound copy in Near Fine condition. (Please see photos).
