Very lovely old pre-Vatican II Catholic Prayer Book. Latin on one side, English on the other. It has been repaired....library cloth tape on edges of binding, new ribbons. This has served to reinforce the binding, not obliterate the old look and feel of the book.
It is a beautiful book. Inscribed from a nun to a married woman in 1946, that is the only mark in the book, and it is in pencil. There are a few pages with dog ears and a few with minor creases, but nothing that prevents the words from being seen or the pages from being used.
