A Limited Edition Lithograph by Thomas Kinkade titled Placerville Victorian Christmas IV.

We are pleased to present this lovely Christmas theme Lithograph by Thomas Kinkade for your consideration. It is titled Placerville Victorian Christmas IV - Bringing Home the Christmas Tree. It shows a home, gayly lit for the holidays, with a horse draw sleigh arriving in front. A man and girl are in the sleigh, along with a freshly cut Christmas tree. Mom or grandma awaits at the open front door, while a boy and a dog greet the sleigh\'s arrival.

The Lithograph is number 724 of a limited edition of 2950. It is pencil signed and numbered, with the original Certificate Of Authenticity (COA) taped under clear plastic to the back (see last picture). The frame measures 26-3/4 inches high by 29-3/8 inches wide, with an image area (the open area within the mat) measuring 17-3/4 inches high by 20-1/2 inches wide. Total weight of the piece is 9 pounds 9 ounces. A wire for hanging is attached to the back of the frame.

The condition of the Lithograph and frame is very good to excellent. The wood frame shows little wear, and is a good complement to the material. The mat is clean, and the Lithograph shows no wear or defects. All pictures show the actual frame and artwork that you will receive.
